As a member of the pension scheme you will be able to choose to change the level of contribution that AXA puts towards your retirement fund. If you decide to flex part of the contribution you receive from AXA, this could mean your overall retirement fund might be lower so you should consider this carefully before making your selection.
Members of the AXA UK Group Pension Scheme 2017 Section are not able to take advantage of this benefit.
Members of the 2008 section will not be able to choose this as a new benefit effective 1 January 2018.
